This pic was taken from a particularly choice piece of quality Japanese broadcasting, filming people who live off a monthly budget of about £50 after rent.... however this portly fellow still manages to afford a 3 square meals a day! And although this scene of him squeezing into his bath had no real relation to his budget, it was pretty damn funny!!
